Duties & Taxes

UK - VAT is charged at 20% and is included in the retail price. 

USA, EU, Israel, Canada & R.O.W - Orders are Exclusive of UK Sales Tax (VAT), so Local Duties & Taxes will be charged before Delivery. 

Shipments sent outside the UK will be subject to Import Duties, Taxes, and Admin fees which will be levied once a shipment reaches your country. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.

Please note that Tilbrook Jewellery cannot be liable for any additional local sales taxes imposed.

The tax amount is based on the shipping destination of your order. Tilbrook Jewellery cannot be held liable for the inability to claim back any sales tax from the respective local tax authority.

All our deliveries need to be signed for, so we recommend that arrangements are made to ensure someone is available at your delivery destination.

We use FedEx & Malca-Amit for International shipments and cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address.
